“Jacket size 8 was lovely fit and good quality. Only problem I ordered 10 and 8 as wasn’t sure of fit but when they arrived they had been badly packed and the 8 was very creased. Contacted Phase Eight who told me to take it to a dry cleaner for pressing and they would pay. This I did and it is fine.”
