“This is a beautiful coat. The material feels luxurious and warm. The classical cut is flattering and timeless . I bought it in the sale which was a bonus too. Unfortunately I had to return it to store as it was too big for me and they didn't have a smaller size in stock. The staff offered to order a smaller size but that would be at the full price as they don't offer an online exchange which was a shame”
