“I love this coat and already have it in several colours. It fits me perfectly and is so versatile. So when I saw the new burgundy colour I knew it would be great. Ordered with discount but parcel never arrived via Evri. Had to go through long convoluted process to get refund. Not PE’s fault that parcel lost but very inconvenient. Was eventually resolved and I was able to order my size again so did receive it and it looks great, but irritating experience.”
