“I was very disappointed when I wore the coat for the first time on a city break to Edinburgh. First day there a button fell off the front of the coat and was lost. On inspection the second button was not sewn on very well and this fell off on the second day. I have inspected all the other buttons and they appear to be sewn on securely. It is clear that the buttons on the front of the coat had not been quality inspected before delivery.”
