“This is a lovely coat. The material is lightweight and the stitching and shaping was excellent. Sadly it was not for me as I have wide shoulders meaning the coat didn't fit my lower body. However, the returns process was simple. I took the coat to a local shop where the assistant was able to make the return and refund immediately.”
