“Was very large for a size 12, more like a 14 and very long on, even for me at 5ft 8ins. Even then, I might have kept it, if it had not arrived wet, left by courier outside in back garden in heavy rain. It was only in a cardboard box, no plastic layer inside or out, just a box and an inner sheet of tissue paper. The box had large holes in side, the coat was poking out. I had to dry it off before trying on. Why so inadequately packed for posting? Why use such awful couriers when the royal mail puts in safe place in dry or leaves with neighbour? Not acceptable in this day and age, will not use Phase Eight online again”
“I love the coat but it came in flimsy paper packaging & the lining is torn (along with the packaging) I received it last Monday, (1st dec)complained the same day - I am still waiting to hear your response”
