As with the black one my only solution to the problem is not to undo the zip fully and to step in and out when putting the coat on and taking it off, slightly awkward but less of a battle.
I have had to unzip the hood because it is incredibly heavy and (unlike my black one) there are no ties to go under the chin and hold it in place so the slightest puff of wind blows it off your head. It is completely useless for anything except looking good.
The coat is stylish, smart and warm but I am very disappointed overall and if I had not received a 20% discount, I would not have kept it”
