PhoneSoap customer support was able to identify my broken part as an “Ion Harp” and invoiced me for the replacement, which I accepted and paid for. Curiously, I continued to be contacted for feedback before the part arrived, and obtaining shipping tracking required creating a third party account and login. I received the part and assume my Homesoap is working correctly.
