“It is very difficult to insert an Oral-B electric toothbrush in the BrushGuard. Since they didn't show any videos or images instructing customers on how to insert a toothbrush at that time, I chatted with PhoneSoap's customer service to ask if it is compatible with my specific toothbrush. They said yes, but they also said that there is a shipping charge no matter how much your total order is (and that the straws are 5 cm or 5 m in diameter) - wrong again and again ($100 orders ship free!). I fully charged the device before using it, but it only lasted about a week with brushing only once or twice a day.”

This BrushGuard has a base that is 34" and does fit all toothbrushes, but some brush heads, like those from electric toothbrushes, may have a tighter fit and require additional pressure to fit these toothbrush heads in the flexible plastic base.
We apologize for the misinformation regarding the Last Straw and the free shipping. However, the correct measurement is 10mm in diameter, and all orders $100 or more ship free! We truly apologize for any confusion this may have caused!
Under a full charge, the Brushguard UV should run about 34 times single drying, about 40 times single disinfection, and about 28 times fan + disinfection!
