“Purchased for heavily trafficked customer office during COVID 2019-2020. No reports of illness from hundreds of clients who visited regularly. Remained in office service for five years then changed location to home use. There, while cleaning, ionizing (emitter) filter wire broke. Purchased new filter for reasonable price from AirSoap, expediting delivery 3 days after call. Excellent service. Excellent device. If this AirSoap were to malfunction, I’d purchase again. Simple but regular cleaning of filter plates and emitter filter are required. Unit does not use disposable filters - installed filters are washed.”
“This is the second replacement I have needed to purchase. The last one lasted a little over a year. The first one that came with the unit lasted nearly 5 years. I am disappointed that the replacement was of such poor quality.”
