“I love these products - however this second one Ive ordered has an issue. The touch button on the unit isnt working and we hv to unplug it to prevent the sanitize cycle from starting again. Such a bummer.”

1. I get a red light every few days apparently this is normal and I just have to give the device a break !
2. such an eye sore when placed in areas where it will be used the most, wished if I could lay it down but the side bulge.”
