“Purchased the Phone Soap Pro because it got good reviews for sanitizing larger items. My wife and I use it daily to disinfect our phones, and her small purse. I assume it's working from a sanitation perspective. However, my unit is temperamental with the red light.
Support's answer is to unplug the unit for 10 minutes, which I now have to do before every use (even if it's not been used all day). I clearly have a defective unit, and at $199, I don't know why support won't replace it with no questions asked. My unit is only 3 months old.”
