“I wanted to love this. I love my PhoneSoapGo, and wanted something that could accommodate larger items. I had preordered the HomeSoap, with a "ships by Sept 23 " date. Sept 23 came and went with no information, and finally mid-Oct, I contacted customer service about it, who said that my unit had been processed to be shipped, but never sent. They did send out a new unit for me, which arrived and worked all of once. After that, every time I tried to use it, the indicator light would turn red after about 30 seconds. Took me a good bit of Googling to find out why it was red/what red meant (besides knowing that it was probably no good) since there was nothing on the user card, and nothing easily found in the FAQ. After attempting aprox 1x per day (and getting the red light every time) I called customer service again. They said it might be a bad unit, and shipped a new one and gave me a label to send back the broken one. New one arrived, I set up and tried it, no red light-yay! Except the manual button doesn't work on this one, so I can't switch between auto and manual. As nice as customer service has been, it is too much trouble and hassle to try and get this resolved yet again. If this actually worked like it's supposed to, I'm sure I would give it 5 stars. But 2 bad units and the delay with no communication/information about the status...it's just too frustrating. Customer service was good though.”

“The HomeSoap is very easy to set up and use. TV remotes feel different after the using the HomeSoap. They feel like brand new. My 5 year old granddaughter loves putting her toys in and waiting until the light goes out!”
