“Love this device. I come home everyday and throw my phone, watch and keys in it; some days the remotes etc, it's great. Only feedback is the button to switch to manual doesn't press in so it seemed cosmetic but after trying different pressure in certain spots I got it to work. Would be great if it actually pressed in like a button so it's just a bit confusing but I still love this product and would not return for that.”
“At first my Homesoap unit seemed to be working ok, but then it ran into an issue/malfunction after owning the unit two weeks!! (the red lightning bolt came on).
I returned the unit and was initially going to wait for a replacement unit, but then I was told it was going to be a protracted wait for the replacement unit so I asked for a refund.
It took me several MONTHS to receive the unit after it was purchased in the Spring. I think the company has a long way togo and much to improve their overall customer service overall client experience. (e.g. very hard to reach customer service, different reps respond and don't have the history of the case) Right now I would give them a very low net promoter score. It was definitely a frustrating experience.”

I wish there is some supplied tool that can tell me if the HomeSoap is working properly and that all of the lamps are working.”

“Love this unit. So much I've bought three. One for home where we put our phones in it, remotes, readers, credit cards, etc. I purchased one for my parents and even shipped one to my son in college. He uses it for his iPad, Xbox controller, AirPods, phone, etc. it's a great size and it fits a lot at once. “I like the size of HomeSoap, and when it works, it's great. Unfortunately, quite often the light turns red instead of white after we put objects inside and close the door. We can't figure out what exactly makes this happen. We've tried placing things in differently, but that doesn't always solve the problem. I have been unable to reach anyone at PhoneSoap to ask for help resolving the issue. I sent an email through the website, but did not receive a response. I would not buy this product again, mostly because there is no customer support at all. I also own a PhoneSoap and I do not have the same problem with that product.”
