“I have the original soapbox. I love it. This new box has a downside. I have gotten a red light at least 4 times since using this unit . It goes away but it doesn't give me piece of mind. It makes me question its longevity and ability. So I'm still using wipes before placing inside. If I get another Red light, using the warranty will be attempted.”
