“Great product with a major flaw. When you remove your item and close the door, the unit cycles on again for 10 minutes. This essentially cuts the life of the unit in half. There should be an on button.”

“I'll rate this four stars. Mine came with a broken sensor. I haven't been able to put it into manual mode and getting the unit took so long (due to COVID which I took no issue with as the site warned me beforehand) that I didn't want to return it for a different model. I use my phone soap to sanitize anything and everything that can fit inside it from credit cards to my iPad. I love my purchase even though it's technically broken so I can only imagine how much I'd have loved it had I taken the time to request a new one be sent to me in exchange for my current one.”
