“Overall a good product. It is large enough to accommodate my iPad Pro or several smaller devices. The only negative is what I perceive to be design flaw - the UV lights on the side are not protected and could easily be damaged when placing larger devices, such as the iPad Pro into the HomeSoap. On the smaller HomeSoap Pro, the bottom of the device is protected by a glass "floor ", however, this larger product does not have glass "sides " to protect the UV lights on the side.”
“Love this product. Originally ordered it for my work. I work in a school and I constantly need to disinfect materials (ipads, headphones etc). I ended up keeping this one at home for my family to use for their phones and other items that need disinfection. Planning on buying another for work.”
“Easy and straightforward to use. I do wish it could open or close automatically without touching it, but I use alcohol wipes to wipe my devices first anyway and clean any remaining surfaces

“I find it awkward to use. The controls go on and off. It should just work automatically each time. It is bigger than I need and I wish I bought a smaller style. I don't use it very often like I thought I would. It's just too big and bulky.”

“Order placed in July expecting in Aug. It arrived way after Aug. I was credited $20 for inconvenience and delay. This phonesoap Home box worked fine for 1 week. Afterwards, I started having a red Lightening Bolt appear. I only use this for keys, cards, glasses. Cannot find info on why this is, but I don't feel comfortable so I am still wiping down before using unit. I will hope they honor warranty bc i me a working device being in healthcare.”
