“I purchased three machines to help with my allergies; we put an X3 in our bedroom, an X5 on the main floor of our home, and an X3 in the basement. Each machine runs quietly, efficiently, and is pretty easy to clean. The X5 is near our kitchen, and I'm always impressed with how it ramps up to purify the air when we cook, and how it helps keep the air clean during allergy season and when we had perpetual dust in our house from backyard construction. These machines are relatively easy to clean, and when I've had any issues with the machine or just needed some help troubleshooting an issue, if someone doesn't answer immediately in the office, then they will absolutely call you back. On my last call, the service tech Harry patiently stayed on the phone with me for close to 45 minutes while I tried various different options to troubleshoot my issue. We think we figured out what was going on (I needed to clean the air sensor), but he said even if the machine starts acting off, to please call him over the weekend. I couldn't be more pleased with the way the machine is keeping the dust down in the house and the customer service this company provides!”
