“I bought mine in December 2021. Airdog has been easy to work with even outside of the warranty period. I used my FSA to purchase the unit. I have asthma and sinus problems. Back in 2023, it was highly effective and reduced the smoke from Canadian wildfires. Even in downstate Illinois, you see the haze in the air. The only thing I would change I would have bought two smaller units one for the living room and one for the master bedroom. When the neighbors burn stuff and the wind is out of the southeast I can smell it even with windows closed. I have to leave my bedroom door open to have filtered the air. If they made a whole house HVAC filter unit I would consider that.”
“Well, this is not a commercial product, I used this in a commercial setting for the last five years. The power and simplicity of the system, and the ease of cleaning it, made this a no-brainer. I must say this is a really well built machine. While its exterior has shown the wear from being in my warehouse, it has run essentially nonstop since I bought it. “I bought my X8 a little over 3yrs ago . The air quality in my home had a significant effect and felt like it had completely changed the smell in my home as my wife and I had 4 pets and although we use other air purifiers the X8 has really done its job you literally can’t tell we have pets in our home. I like the adjustment of the settings to how ever you feel like you need to kick in to extra help it really helps. My wife and I we are so sensitive on allergies and this X8 does the job and especially saves us on Air Filters as well. Less buying monthly to every 6-8months before we re-supply.
