“I never received my Luma bottle. There was an error with the delivery address. I notified the company. The Luma bottle was sent back to the PhoneSoap company. I tried to communicate with their customer sevice, and they insisted the product was sent out. If customer service would have tracked the package, they would have seen that the product was returned to them. It is very difficult to get good customer service from this company. No phone calls. Email customer service with what appears to be a third party,”

“I already had a UV sanitizing bottle. It was priced higher than this one and had a slightly smaller capacity. The biggest difference between this and the other is the insulation works much better in the air soap bottle; I had cold water all day until I emptied it (at least 8 hours).”
“This bottle has a slightly larger diameter than other stainless steel bottles I have received over the years and is not quite as good in insulating it's contents. I am guessing that may be due to the UV-C system in its base. That being said, it is more than adequate in keeping water cold for several hours and the UV-C system disinfects water at least as well as halazone tablets without the risk of potential side effects. I've seen claims that a single charge can support 100 disinfection cycles or 2 months of disinfection (whichever comes first). I can't say whether that is true but I have gotten 25 cycles in a single month and the unit appears to be capable of additional disinfection cycles before it's next charge.”
“The bottle seems to be working all right, the issue we had was shipping. It was supposed to be a surprise Christmas gift for my wife as she wanted one of these, but FedEx kept calling over and over to let me know that I still owed money for shipping from PhoneSoap, which my wife received and then knew what she was getting. The extra expense for shipping (maybe it was duties) was an unhappy surprise, but ruining the surprise was worse. I probably wouldn't have purchased this bottle if I had known they were going to use FedEx. I am no longer going to order from businesses that use companies like FedEx, DHL, and UPS that hold shipments for more money before they will deliver. USPS, Canada Post, etc do not demand these extra charges, so I will prefer companies that use them.”

“Got my two bottles of Luma, with some logistic disconnect though. I suspect it’s a Christmas peak season but Phonesoap customer service was helpful. Daphne and Abbey followed through with the warehouse and me. Love the water. Fresher and love the taste.”
