“Product is as described. Arrived on time. I have no way to make sure it actually sanitizes like it claims but I'm trusting it blindly. My issue is I bought 2, when the product shipped I received an email saying it was now on say BOGO. Customer service refused to retro that offer even though I had not received the item yet. This is a sure way to guarantee I never buy from this company again, otherwise I would have loved to get more for my office at work and a few as gifts for the holidays. I'll pay more to be appreciated by a company. Simplehuman is my go to now.”
