I'm so sorry you had to remove the case to use the Sanitizer—that shouldn’t be necessary. If you can share the case model and when you purchased, we would be happy to help troubleshoot, or to see if an exchange could lead to a more compatible model.
Kind regards,
Team PhoneSoap
“We have purchased multiple phone soap products over the last 5-6 years, and probably 5-6 of the phone soap go. I love the concept that not only does it sanitize, but it doesn’t require being plugged in to work once it is charged. Also love the feature that it will then charge your phone or other small USB chargeable devices; numerous times. We purchased this for a friend in high hurricane area, after the threat of hurricane Helene, so she could have it for emergency charging during inclement weather”
“Gives me sense of relief to know my phone is getting additional cleaning after working in the hospital all day with many different surfaces it comes in contact with. So far no issues.”
“Well, I can’t see any germs after using it :)
I like that it can fit my phone as well as my earbuds, watch, etc. easy to use and I like the portability. However, when I opened, it seems it may have been used prior. It had scuffs around the edges and the wrapping was torn. Still functions”
