I'm so sorry you had to remove the case to use the Sanitizer—that shouldn’t be necessary. If you can share the case model and when you purchased, we would be happy to help troubleshoot, or to see if an exchange could lead to a more compatible model.

I love the concept that not only does it sanitize, but it doesn’t require being plugged in to work once it is charged. Also love the feature that it will then charge your phone or other small USB chargeable devices; numerous times. We purchased this for a friend in high hurricane area, after the threat of hurricane Helene, so she could have it for emergency charging during inclement weather”
