Arrived on May 13, 2020. Bottom bulb was broken and in multiple pieces. Called and reported the damaged item, and returned the device with RA. Broken unit was received by your warehouse on Monday May 18th, 2020. As of today, June 1, 2020 - no unit, no updates, no review. Thank you, Mark”
“This is a great product and I am very satisfied with my purchase. This is helpful if you travel a lot or go long duration of time without any access to an outlet, but it works basically work exactly the same as the regular PhoneSoap. Another plus is that it charges very quickly.”
“I was happy with the PhoneSoap Go for the first several weeks of use. However, within a month after purchasing it, the device failed to charge completely, and then stopped turning on altogether. The bulbs are also not well protected and are quite fragile -- the top bulb on the lid broke after normal use of opening and closing the device. I do not recommend this product.”
