Broke within the first week of using it. Inconsistently turns on/top light stopped working. Currently in the exchange process and hopeful I just recieved one with a defect. Very hopeful this doesn't reflect the quality of the new devices. I had a previous PhoneSoap and was quite happy.

I have been a supporter for the product since the beginning. Here is your biggest problem. The charging cord not working. I have sent back many. Why isn't someone checking to see if they are working? If the second one comes and doesn't work I'm getting a refund. Also, you should sell the chargers. You need to either fix the issue with the charger or get a better design!!

I had a horrible experience with this company. I received my phonesoap and plugged it in only to have it not work. I trouble shot the device as listed on their website and still it did not work. I contacted Phonesoap explaining I had a defective device and what I had done to try and correct it with no results. I requested and EXCHANGE not a REFUND for the defective device I had paid for. At first it seemed everything was going through, then out of no where, I received an email stating YOUR REQUEST HAS BEEN DENIED. No reason given, I have a Phonesoap that does not work and a company that will not exchange my defective device. Clearly your customer service department is pathetic and I am frustrated with your company beyond belief.

I did not receive a phone soap pro in blue. You sent a white pro instead. I had been contacting you to ask that I not have to pay return shipping and that you allow extra time for the return to be sent. There is nothing in your online system that answers those requests. I believe at this point you should allow me to receive a refund to my credit card, since this was your mistake. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

We had a phone soap years ago that was accidentally broken so we needed another one. It's so easy to keep our phones sanitized!

Great device! I've had a number of these since before the pandemic. Occasionally the bulbs burn out but customer service is great and the unit is replaced. Good for piece of mind and sanitation!
