Current model is a good size for a phone in a semi-bulky battery case (a slightly larger volume would be even better). Does what it says, but with one caveat emptor: I own 6 (yes, 6; see photo attached) different PhoneSoap units, including one big enough to fit a small laptop, and 2 of the 6 have stopped working with the dreaded what I call the red light of death malfunction. My largest unit (also one of my oldest) did the red death and was sent back to PhoneSoap to be repaired; it came back working, but only for a few months, and the same thing happened-I decided to not send it back again at the time and it is several years old by now I keep it just as a stand for a smaller functional unit. Recently, another unit the same size as this one I am reviewing, but in a different color, just had the same Red Light of Death happen to it as well, so that was the reason for this new purchase. I do like these sterilizers, which is why I am willing to buy more, even though I'm fully aware of the durability issues.”

“I purchased my PhoneSoap Sanitizer after reading 'Android Smartphones for Dummies by Marsha Collier'. I have just purchased my first smartphone and I need all the help I can get. The Sanitizer was delivered by Fedex in good time. I had to obtain an USA to UK adapter plug from Amazon. I had a little trouble with the USB C PhoneSoap power supply - it is so small and needed to be pushed in a little further - problem solved. The Top Button lit up and the automatic disinfection cycle started and switched off after five minutes. I am very pleased with my purchase. Thank you.”
