“I ended up buying it from Amazon. I ordered from this company on Nov 26th. I was given a tracking number on Nov 29th for Fed Ex but it was never picked up. Phone number only says chat or email. I did both but no help. I filed a dispute with credit card to get my money back. Very poor customer service. As far as the product itself, there is no way to really tell if it works. Amazon was considerably less money also.”
