“Not listed as all sales final. It was listed as final sale. This could indicate the last day of a sale. Phone soap would not fit my phone with a case. Not enough information to make an informed decision and customer service refused an exchange even though I paid extra for “free returns”. Contacting lawyers to rectify.”
“This was a surprise. We didn't know this was available, but it was a special add-on with the HomeSoap sanitizer. I was genuinely amazed that when I set my phone on the unit, the battery signal immediately kicked in letting me know the Qi Charger was working. Impressive. A double two-for-one: PhoneSoap Wireless with the HomeSoap, and Charge and Clean all at once.”
“This device activates a 10 minute cycle every time the lid is closed, regardless of whether there is a phone inside it (meaning it starts another cycle automatically when I remove my phone). This will result in burning out the UV bulbs twice as fast as it should. It should have been designed with an option to switch it from automatic mode to manual mode, but alas, it was not designed this way--only the more expensive models were (of course). Instead, I had to purchase a smart switch, at substantial cost to myself, to install along with the device so I could manually cut power when there is no phone inside it. I'm extremely disappointed that this lack of basic expected product functionality was not communicated explicitly on the product description webpage.”

We apologize that the wireless charging feature is not functioning as intended. Since the device is not sitting directly on the Qi charging pad, there can be difficulty connecting with a thick case on your device. To fix this, remove the case in order to optimize the wireless feature. We apologize for this inconvenience!

“This does the job in terms of disinfection, but my iPhone 14 cannot be charged with this unless I remove the case that is specifically designed for wireless charging. That is the only real downside I see to this product. It really doesn't do a wonderful job of wirelessly charging my phone.”
