“This product has been a bit of a let down. Anytime I place a phone to charge wirelessly, when I return it's never more than 20% more charged.
It It does it's primary job of disinfecting the phone, but The secondary function of charging wirelessly is not nearly as reliable
It seems that the device stops charging when the phone gets too hot, which it will, if left in for an extended period of time. So if you plan to use this for overnight charging you will not wake up with a phone that is fully charged.”
“The sanitizer works. The wireless charging does not work so well. I have to take the cover of the phone and move it around before it will charge. Very slow charging It works only some times.”
“It doesn't charge my phone while it's in the case, and it is very hard to get your phone in the exact place to charge when it's out of the case. I'm disappointed that there's no on/off switch. Once you take something out after a cleaning cycle and close it again, it starts another cycle automatically. I feel like your wasting a cycle everytime you finish one. The life of the bulbs will be decreased over time since you are essentially running it twice every sanitizing cycle. Not a great design. Other than that, it seems to work well.”
