“It is very unlikely I would recommend this product to anyone. Not due to the product itself but from the company's approach to not presenting duty charges in its checkout process (cost me an $40 extra dollars when UPS arrived at my door). I consider this is shady salesmanship.”

“Works well and passes my test with a far-UVC test card. When I first open the unit, I can see the UV light momentarily, which can't be great for my eyes! So, I face the unit away from me on my desk with the hinges toward me, that way I won't see the flash of light at all when I open it.”

“I got a new Iphone 15 Plus, and......my old Phone Soap that I had been using did not have a USB-C port, which is necessary to charge the Iphone 15. So, I bought a Phone Soap 3 that has a USB-C port. However, the Phone Soap 3 will NOT charge my Iphone 15. Sadly, I have written to Phone Soap FOUR times about this problem, and have never even gotten the courtesy of a response. Therefore, I cannot recommend to anyone with an Iphone 15, that they purchase the Phone Soap 3”
