“This PhoneSoap replaced my old one that finally died (bought pre-COVID). I use it daily for my phone, earbuds, wedding rings, and watch. This one works great, just like my old one, and I don’t mind the 10-minute cycle. My only complaint, hence 4-stars, is the look of this one. My previous one was the teal color, which I loved. Sadly that color was sold out, so I went with gold. I was expecting it to be a matte finish, like the teal one was, but it is a glossy gold which makes it look very cheap. A gold more along the lines of a gold Quip toothbrush handle (matte metal finish) would look much nicer. My two cents!”
“Have to check if the product is working in the long run as I am not able to verify is effectively removing bacteria. I specifically asked for delivery before Christmas and it did not arrive on time and I could not make the Christmas present to my girlfriend (I ordered it on December 9). Very disappointing!”
