“Respectfully this device’s tap feature to activate the countdown is not reliable and 100% of my past 50+ taps have not worked. After the purchase of TWO of these and still running into the same issue, I pulled the plug and have since gone with a different countdown timer. Otherwise, it’s got a beautiful design and concept (for which is why I bought it in the first place). My best regards to this company however I cannot recommend this product to another consumer that's looking to make a purchase.”
