I was so intent on getting a VI Peel (because I have had them before), but then she offered up another option that I didn't even know that I had! Her recommendation ended up being much more aligned with my needs and overall preference too lol. She just truly/genuinely hears her clients and is VERY knowledgeable about the products/services offered.
