“The quality of the dress was shocking, it was thin and the stitching would easily come apart. The sizing is awful, I am a size 10 so ordered a 10 and the zip wouldn’t go up. Would easily fit a size 6. I would not recommend getting dresses here.”

1. Package your return in any waterproof packaging.
2. See the returns section on our website to download a label or QR code for your chosen courier.
3. Put the invoice inside the package before you seal it up. (If you don't have an invoice, confirm your name, order number and reason for return on a cover note)
4. Take to your local ASDA/Royal Mail post office.
5. Keep your proof of posting safe.

“Lovely dress for a wedding or trip to the races. Very slightly tighter than my usual size 10 but did fit well and looked lovely. It’s slightly longer at the back than the front which I wasn’t aware of when I bought it but it still looks nice. The material does have a static cling but hopefully when I wash for the first time this will disappear.”
