Reality: The spice packages are not always the only spices you need, which can make assembling the ingredients to complete the meals something of a scavenger hunt, which can be fine for a weekend meal when you have time to go peruse the local global foods market, but is rough for routine meal prep.
Overall: the meals we did prepare were good (though I wouldn't describe any of them as knock your socks off), but the logistics of gathering all the ingredients ended up being a turn off for weekday meal prep.”
