“My wife never received email notice of her gift, even though she was supposed to. And her latest delivery was missing a recipe card, so she has 4 packets of spices and 3 cards. I emailed both times and never heard anything back. The spices and meals we tried were good, but I am not happy with the communications or customer service and it makes me unsure whether to keep the subscription going.”
