“The good: I really like the blend of supplements here. Biotin and keratin for hair and nails, and collagen for skin. There is the added mushroom supplement as well, something I've been eager to try to add to my daily health regimen. While I prefer capsules, the gummy version here makes these logical to take after a meal as a sort of dessert. I have not had any stomach irritation or nausea. They come in a very sturdy, high quality resealable pouch, which I like for slightly less packaging than a bottle.The not so good: the taste. There's an odd smell to these gummies that I think it messing with the flavor when I first consume them. After a couple of seconds, the initial flavor gets better and there is indeed a slight watermelon flavor, but it's not particularly good. They are also VERY sticky and need to be pulled apart in the pouch as well as removed from your teeth.I'd try this formula again if it were available in a capsule or pill form, or perhaps another gummy flavor.”
