“I have only been taking these for a short while, so it is too soon to tell if they are actually improving my hair, skin, and nails. I can report that they have a weird taste at first, but after chewing them, it does improve slightly. They aren't terrible or anything, they just have an odd taste. Certainly not bad enough to stop taking. They did not hurt my stomach, like some supplements I have taken in the past, so that is a definite plus for me. I have had zero negative effects from these. The only reason I gave these 4 stars was the weird taste. I will continue taking these in hope that I see some positive results.”
