“I read a bunch of great things about red light therapy and decided to spring for the entry level light to give it a shot. First of all, this thing even at entry level is WAY bigger than I expected, which is great.
I've had a nagging shoulder blade issue for a while since carrying around two growing kids, and the first night I used it I woke up the next day with significantly less pain than I've had in the past. I was foam rolling and using massage balls almost every day to keep the pain down, and I haven't used either of them since I received the combo red light (red and near-infrared). It's amazing!
I also live in a really gray place and with the recent virus pandemic, do not get out very much. It may be that we've had a recent patch of good weather, but I swear the time I spend in the light each day has vastly improved my mood, which is greatly appreciated in this trying time.
