“I've been using my light panel for about 4 weeks now and it's working great. I got two of the 660nm/850nm combo, one for myself and one for a relative. They're very well built, extremely sturdy. Both were packaged well and are easy to assemble. The lights themselves are pretty powerful (at least compared to the red heat lamp I've tried in the past), and even though the unit itself doesn't heat up during use (has a good fan system), you can feel some warmth on the skin a few minutes in, which is great for me. Had some minor hiccups with the shipping initially, but customer service has been very responsive and easy to deal with, and everything was resolved promptly. Overall very happy with my purchase.”
