I was a little confused at first when only half the lights lit up when I turned it on but was reassured by customer service that this was normal for the red/infrared combo. “The therapy light is fantastic, and the whole experience was great. The guy at customer service was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions, and the machine arrived speedily. I use it every day now and I feel good. I was already sold on red light technology, as I have several cold lasers and use them for a multitude of uses. But I wanted to call in the artillery and the Platinum LED is just the ticket. Thank you :)”
