“I bought the combo red light/NIR BIO 600 in the hope that it would help with the pain and inflammation I experience with RA. Although I've only had it for a couple weeks, I already notice that I'm taking a lot less Ibuprofen, and that's with being very conservative with the amount of time I spend in front of the light because I'm trying to avoid detoxifying too rapidly. I spend a total of about 5 minutes in front of the light 6-7 days a week. It almost feels like my body craves the light. When I stand in front of it I experience both a calming effect and an increase in alertness. I have also noticed that it consistently gives me more energy. “Recently I purchased a Bio 450 to help with my lower back and hamstring issues. Having used the unit only for a few days, I’ve not seen any improvement with my back but I can say that my hamstring feels better than it’s felt in a long time. I’m hoping that my back will also eventually improve.
