“I got the BIO 600 model and soon realized it's not a full body machine despite what the description says. So I emailed a few times asking about exchanging for a BIOMAX 900 to possibly buy 4 of them to make a full body panel. They refused to exchange it and will not change their 20% restocking fee which no other company has. I should have read the fine print better. Now I'm trying to sell it myself so I can something for it. I may just bite the bullet and take the loss and return it. I know they would just resell it for full price again. I will NOT be getting anything else from this company.”
