“It has not been long enough for me to tell very much. What I have seen so far is that my back pain due to a bad mattress immediately disappeared. (Literally after the first 20 minute use.) It comes back after a few days if I have not used the light, but as soon as I use it, the pain disappears again. It lasts for a few days, and then I don't need Tylenol or Advil during that time. This may have nothing to do with the light, but in case it does I should mention that I broke a three month weight loss plateau after using the light. I am excited to see what other benefits appear.”
