“The light itself has been great. I use it on a daily basis for my joint and muscle pains. I also use it to with sleep and boosting my energy. I love the different wavelengths the light offers.
I do wish the company would ship with a different courieir company as the experience with UPS was beyond frusting shipping to Canada. The brokerage fee alone cost me over $150 on top of the customs and duties and they provide the worst tracking system. Given how expensive this light was, it was incredily stressful.”

I have been using it daily for a month now and always feel good afterwards. My initial use is for feel good vibes, skin and hair support etc and I sit in front of it , both facing and not.
As the 450 is so easy to move around
I am adding a session focusing entirely on my right knee. I had major surgery on it a few years ago, and I am hoping that I get pain relief, inflammation reduction and perhaps general joint repair that allows me to keep moving with ease for many years.
I am now saving up for a second 450 as I dream of doing both areas at the same time , fingers crossed.
