“Love the "Vibes" that the device gives off! It's Ray's are Welcome and Healing right from the first minute. At first, I wondered how to use it. No Worries, the important point is, JUST USE IT. It can't help without some shine time. Anywhere you "Shine" it will feel better and more happy. Mine had a 20 minute default timer setting, so I go for 20 minute sessions.
