“I do the Biomax every day, first thing in the morning for min 10 minutes. Two things I've noticed so far: 1) Muscle recovery after workouts has been amazing! I am very prone to extreme muscle soreness, which will take away from my workouts. Hitting my legs and glutes for 2 min each side, close up, after a workout has been incredible! I am sore, but not extreme sore, as was always the case until red light therapy. 2) my feet are feeling better. The last 2 minutes in the morning I put my feet up close.
