I'm 79 years young, and I bought the BIOmax 450 in hopes it would improve and strengthen my Thin skin over time.
My experience with "PlatinumLED" Customer Service, Before the sale and after the sale, was GREAT! They either answered the phone or Returned my calls very Quickly, answering all my questions.
I purchased the BIOmax 450 because it is "Wider" than others, (more lights per row) providing better coverage. Plus, IMO uses the better technology, mutiple frequencies and intensity. So far I'm Very happy with this panel and the digital timer controller works great. The door hanging device works great for me, being able to raise or lower the panel as needed. However, the pulley release mechanism is rather difficult to use
