“It was sent and received promptly. Came packed tightly and intact. Set up was easy and came with a book of information. When looking online, some redditors have complained about platinum led, specifically about customer service and sending the product back. Any emails I have sent platinum led have been promptly replied to. I don't want to send the product back because their has been no issues.
It is a strong light and I like how you can adjust the Red light and NIR to your preference or completely turn it off and that includes the blue light. Voice command works but sometimes I feel like I have to yell at "max" for it to hear me. The product is also very sturdy.

“I purchased (4) Biomax 600 panels and a biomax mobile rack and I am so glad I made this purchase. I've had the system for about 6 weeks now and used it for 20 mins almost everyday. I've had an increase in energy when I use this in the morning (with blue light). On days when I use this in the evenings, I've had better sleep at night (note: I have to turn the blue lights off for evening use or else it does keep me awake).
I've seen a slight improvement in my skin tone, a fading of old scars, a noticeable increase in energy in the gym, an improvement in my close-up vision, and my mood seems better in these cold dark months of winter all due to receiving this variety of 7 different light bands.
For me, this was a costly purchase but I have no regrets in spending the money and I will continue using it on a daily basis whenever possible. I recommended making the investment in yourself and then commit to 20 mins a day as many days as possible. I truly do feel better than I did before.”
