I found this panel to be of a good length, width and power output. It sports a good variety of beneficial wavelengths.
I've noticed improvement in my energy level and sleep. And since this panel is of good size and power, 20 minutes in the morning works for me, though for added benefits I use it in the evening at least 3 times a weeks. Additionally, I use it on my lower body twice a week.
